Step 1: Accept the Terms and Conditions of Using Student Email Account

• Email to be registered only once for each student and email to be opened at least once a day.
• The ICT Services Department has the right to inspect, audit and block all messages sent and received through an email system.
• Students are not entitled to open an email belonging to other users because it is a personal right that must be respected.
• Students are not allowed to order more than 500KB to ensure that all systems operate at optimum level.
• All unsuccessful email delivery to the recipient will be discarded by the system administrator.
• Students are fully responsible for the email was sent to the user.
• Email quota for each student is 2.0MB. The system administrator has the right to remove any email that exceeds the quota.
• Unread email located in the mailbox more than 15 days will be deleted automatically.
• Any problems relating to the use of email should be forwarded to webmail@kym.edu.my
• This policy is subject to change without prior notice and the ICT Services Department has the right to add any terms and conditions from time to time.
